PAEP is proud to participate in Giving DuPage! Parents Alliance Employment Project (PAEP) supports individuals with disabilities in building skills, gaining real-world experience, and achieving meaningful, competitive employment. Through job coaching, training, and community partnerships, we help individuals develop confidence and independence as they prepare for and succeed in the workforce. Your support during Giving DuPage helps us continue creating pathways to employment and opportunity across our community

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of the M. Lee Learning Lab!

Unveiled during our Be Inspired to Hire event, the M. Lee Learning Lab is a space built to empower learning, skill development, and innovation. This new initiative will allow PAEP participants to gain hands-on experience, explore career readiness tools, and connect with opportunities that support long-term employment success.

Packing emPowerment Camp is an 8-week summer program designed to introduce participants to the world of manufacturing in an engaging, hands-on environment.

Career Exploration Camp is an 8-week fee-for-service summer program designed to give participants hands-on opportunities to explore a variety of career paths and industries.

Inspired by Ability Job Training Program

Participants simultaneously participate in paid work experiences within the community allowing them to explore different career paths. Upon completion of their job training experiences Inspired by Ability staff focus on gainful competitive, integrated employment.Competitive, integrated employment means working in the community with everyone else.

Project SEARCH Applications

Project SEARCH is a unique, business-led, one-year, work program that takes place entirely at the workplace. Project SEARCH is an international, trademarked and copyrighted program model.
